Our gin is zested with pomelo fruit, and uniquely spiced with cassia and nutmeg-mace, all sourced from a women’s organic farming co-operative in Kerala. Rebel City distillery Citrus Vodka is distilled using Pomelo peels which gives a refreshingly citrus flavor note on nose and a smooth vodka finish . Handcrafted as premium small batch sprit and each batch limited to just 150 bottles. 39.6% ABV , 500 ml bottles

It is the only Irish made absinthe available on the market distilled in premium small batches. It was created using a base recipe that our Master Distiller, Robert, discovered in a French book dated 1871 and each bottle is hand labelled. Distilled with grande wormwood, green anise, and florence fennel, the Rebel City Distillery Series Absinthe pours clear and the signature serve of Absinthe and iced water transforms it from crystal clear to a semi-opaque white.⁠ Our Absinthe have won Silver at World drink Awards 2023 , ABV: 50.4%  500 ml
