INGREDIENTS

– 40ml Maharani Gin
– Chilled premium tonic water
– A wedge of grapefruit
– Mint leaves
– Cubed ice

METHOD

Pour the gin and tonic water over ice and mix thoroughly. Add the grapefruit and mint garnish, sit back, sip and enjoy.

– 35ml Maharani Gin
– 25 ml Killahora Pom’O
– 25 ml Mango Coulis
– 10 ml Kvass
– 7.5 ml Lime Juice , 5 ml Lime Oleo

METHOD

Pour the gin and all ingredients into shaker add ice shake thoroughly. Garnish with spices like cinnamon , nutmeg mace and cardmaom. Relax and enjoy the spice!

METHOD

 Stirred
Garnish: eucalyptus
Glass: vintage champagne

Shake the gin, mint leaves, jasmine syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain and serve straight up

– 2-4 Strawberries
– 15 ml Lemon Juice + 10 ml Simple Sugar Syrup
– Garnish Basil Leaves

METHOD

Smash strawberries and basil leaves inside the shaker , Add rest of the ingredients in along with ice . Garnish with a wedge of strawberry .Shake , Stir , Strain over ice into glass and enjoy
