Halloween is the perfect excuse to get a little spooky with your spirits. Whether you’re hosting a costume party, lighting a pumpkin-filled evening at home, or simply in the mood for a touch of mischief, these four cocktails from Rebel City Distillery will cast a spell on your taste buds.

Each recipe celebrates our award-winning Maharani Gin, Maharani Pomelo Vodka, and Absinthe, handcrafted in Cork and infused with exotic Indian spice and Irish spirit.

• 50ml Maharani Gin

• 3-4 Blackberries

• 15ml Lemon Juice

• 15ml Vanilla Syrup

• 15 ml Nutmeg Syrup 

• Soda Water

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. 

Muddle the blackberries.

Shake well with Ice

For the rim, mix the sugar and black colouring until the sugar is completely black. Lightly drag the lime wedge around the rim then roll the glass lightly in the sugar mix.

Strain the cocktail into the glass with ice. 

Top with soda water and enjoy.

• 50ml Maharani Gin
• 35ml Cardomom Syrup
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 1 egg white
• Green Food Colouring (optional)

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. 

Shake well, then add ice and shake well.

Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with ice. 

Enjoy.

• 50ml Maharani Vodka

• 35ml Nutmeg Syrup

• 15ml Lime Juice

• 35ml pomegranate juice

• Red Food Colouring 

• Honey

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker. 

Shake well with Ice

Mix the Honey and Red food Colouring. Lightly run this mixture along the rim of a chilled martini Glass

Strain the cocktail into a martini glass with ice and enjoy!

• 35ml Maharani Gin

• 35ml RCD Absinthe

• 35ml Cointreau

• 35ml Dry Vermouth

• 35ml Lemon Juice

Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake well.

 Strain into a chilled coupé glass.

• 35ml RCD Absinthe

• 100ml Prosecco

Pour into a chilled coupé glass.

Try to enjoy.
